Covid-19 Policy
To keep a healthy environment in the salon, we kindly ask both clients and technicians to follow these sanitization guidelines below as recommended by CDA
1. No Walk ins Available at this time. Please do not come into our salon without an appointment.
2. Please wear a mask at all times. If you do not have one, we will offer it for FREE.
3. Please wash your hands with soap before any services started.
4.Please do not bring extra people and keep a distance of 6 feet apart between other clients to minimize chances of spreading or contracting the virus.
5.If you have any symptoms of being sick or feel unwell, please contact your Physician before receiving services from us.
6.No outside Food or Drinks are allowed. Guests/friends/families are not allowed in the salon if they're not getting services.

Reservation
Appointments can be made through our website, facebook, or call us 561-909-9950. We advise booking appointments to avoid long wait time. We try our best to accommodate walk-ins, but please understand we need to honor the reserved time made by our clients.
Cancellations or No Shows
Life can be busy and full of the unexpected, so if you must cancel your appointment, be sure to call us at your earliest convenience to avoid NO SHOWS. Clients with 4 no-show appointments can only be taken as a walk-in appointment. Please take into consideration the technician’s time.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled Palm Beach spa service or nail appointment so you can decompress and take your time to choose colors. We offer extensive color choices and can take time to find the right colors.
Lateness
Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to reduced service time, change of technicians, or rescheduling to remain on schedule for subsequent guests. Please call us and we will always try to accommodate as much of the appointment time as your late arrival allows.
Payment Method
We accept payments in the form of Cash, Credit Cards, Apple/Google Pay, or a valid Gift Card. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECK.
Cash Discount Available
In order to keep our costs down while continuing to offer our most competitive pricing, a small convenience fee of 3% applies to all transactions. However, we also offer an automatic cash discount of 3% for our Cash customers.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the service prices. We accept gratuity in the form of Cash, Zelle, or Venmo. Gift Card cannot be used towards gratuity.
Refunds
All services and Gift cards are final sale.
Group Booking
For private parties and group booking inquiries, please email Venetiansalon.Altonpbg@gmail.com. We will respond within 24 hours with a form to fill out. We do require credit card information for our cancellation policy. Thank you.
Medical Conditions
Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any salon services. Kindly inform us of any existing medical conditions prior to receiving your treatments. Venetian Nail Spa of Alton Town Center reserves the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.
Valuables
For you convenience, we suggest you leave your jewelries/valuables at home. Venetian Nail Spa of Alton Town Center will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Service Satisfaction
We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with our Palm Beach spa services, please email our management at Venetiansalon.Altonpbg@gmail.com. We also guarantee our work! If your nails chip within 3 days of your service, please email a photo to us or call us 561-909-9950. We will offer a complimentary touch up on the affected nails only. Outside the guaranteed period will be charged as accordingly.
